It’s Time to Step Up

Dear Reader,

Sometimes in our lives, we realize just how sensitive we are to mediocrity. We feel it deep inside: the knowing that we can do more, the frustration of staying where we are, the awareness that we’ve outgrown our current space.

We know we can make one more marketing effort. We know we can show up better, do better, and communicate more clearly about who we are and the values we hold.

We know we can do better at setting boundaries—in our business, in our lives, in the spaces where we show up. We know we can do better committing to growth, to learning, and to thinking beyond our current limitations. We know we can dream bigger, hope for more, and stretch our vision of what success could look like.

But maybe we’ve been comfortable for too long. Maybe the people around us—the society we live in, the friends we keep—have been comfortable for so long that we’ve adapted to their pace.

And don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with being okay with where you are right now if you find a deep sense of fulfilment. But there is something wrong when “okay” doesn’t sit right with your soul. When you know, deep down, that where you are doesn’t fulfill you. When you know you haven’t yet reached the place that makes you feel accomplished, purposeful, and aligned.

Perhaps your purpose is waiting for you to step up. Perhaps your life is waiting for you to step up. Perhaps your business is calling you to step up.

So today, It’s time to step up.
